Written to be read, not to protect us from you. If a rule here seems unfair or unclear, say so — we would rather change it than have you discover it at the wrong moment.
These terms apply to every partner of the Oraivia Santé Health Inc. programs — MedClear, Glowaiva, Envolade and Aivita. Joining the program, or using your referral link, means accepting them.
MedClear partners are approved individually by us. Glowaiva, Envolade and Aivita accept applications directly through their sites.
Your referral link records your code in the visitor's browser. If they buy afterwards, the sale is credited to you.
Commission is tiered and moves with the number of sales credited to your code:

These tiers are dynamic and not a guaranteed rate. The rate shown on your dashboard is the one that applies — not the rate quoted in any email or post.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, before any refund, in the currency of the sale.
Tier bonuses. At your 25th credited sale, a CAD 250 bonus; at your 50th, a CAD 500 bonus. Each bonus is paid once per program (MedClear, Glowaiva, Envolade), in Canadian dollars, and follows the same 14-day hold as commissions.
There is no commission on sales made by other partners you may have recruited.
Aivita (audit, repair, AIVOS installation). A client you refer who signs: 10% of their first contract, paid as the client pays, after the 14-day hold. No tiers or bonuses for Aivita. The client arrives through your link (aivita.ca/?ref=YOUR-CODE) or enters your code in the request form. The client then pays through a payment link that carries your code, and the commission is credited automatically, before tax. Only the client's first contract counts: a later contract from the same client is not commissioned.
Concretely: a sale on 20 September becomes payable on 4 October and is paid on 1 November, provided the balance has reached 50.
If a customer is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed — in proportion to the amount refunded. If it had already been paid to you, it is deducted from your next payment. The same applies to a chargeback.
MedClear and Glowaiva provide health orientation and plain-language information. They do not diagnose, do not treat, and do not replace a physician.
When promoting them you must never use the words diagnosis, symptom or treat, and never promise a result or a timeframe — including any result on skin for Glowaiva.
This is a legal requirement in Quebec — Medical Act, section 31 — and it applies to you as a partner, not only to us. A post that breaks it will be reported to you, and repeated breaches end the partnership.
You may leave at any time by replying to any of our emails. We may end a partnership at any time, and will say why.
Commissions already earned remain owed and are paid on the normal schedule — except those linked to a breach of section 6 or 7, which are cancelled.
These terms may change. Any change is announced by email before it takes effect, and never applies retroactively to commissions already earned.
